A marathon is just a bit longer (26 miles) but less hilly, and the record in Boston is 2:03. Forgive my suspicious mind, but 2:29 to run three small mountains on a course just 1.5 miles shorter seems incredible.Jackhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03323811980627840654noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5692250389062665906.post-50409841547395724102014-05-02T15:44:03.468+01:002014-05-02T15:44:03.468+01:00I've been up there a few times but never had t...I've been up there a few times but never had the inclination to do the Three Peaks in one go; they're worth a day each. I can't really see the joy in fell-running either - but that might have something to do with being middle-aged and podgy. Love your photo, as usual.Mike@Bit About Britainhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08741370413282813229noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5692250389062665906.post-91694134444451809962014-05-02T08:02:45.225+01:002014-05-02T08:02:45.225+01:0024 miles is quite a distance, especially going up ...24 miles is quite a distance, especially going up and down hills (or mountains). Many years ago, in my teens I used to go on walking holidays. 15 miles a day was really hoofing it!!ChrisJhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11550420299395301062noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5692250389062665906.post-18746992198609364832014-05-02T07:25:04.153+01:002014-05-02T07:25:04.153+01:00I'd prefer to take all my time to enjoy every ...I'd prefer to take all my time to enjoy every moment of discovering this wonderful place !Malysshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08285965495493508425noreply@blogger.com
