Nice weather for ducks...

Oh dear, I'm struggling to keep up with my blogging at the moment.  I'm sure everyone has spells like this sometimes.  I arrived back from holiday and, of course, was straight back to work.  Out every evening last week, a busy family weekend (lovely, but busy!) and still trying to do the last minute things for our Photography Exhibition next weekend.  Normal service will be resumed soon!  There's no time to go out and actually take photos, more is the pity.  I still have lots from my holiday that I'd like to share but they do need a bit of prepping and writing about.  This one doesn't need much explanation..... a duck enjoying a puddle in a car park in Keswick.  We'd had a very dry spring until the week I went on holiday!

  4. I always struggle to keep up and catch up after I've been away on holiday...so I completely understand. Best wishes for your exhibition. I'm sure you'll tell us all about it once life quietens down a bit. Meantime, don't stress about blogging! We can wait :)

sadly, if that duck were in our neck of the woods, he'd be long gone by now. :(

  10. I'm actually taking most of the week off from blogging next week. Exams are over, so we're going to enjoy some family time. I have to admit that it was a struggle to come to this decision. They'll be the first days I've missed since I started. At the end of the day though, life sometimes has to come first and I'm sure that all of your readers will understand that.

  12. We're in a rain pattern here too, but I almost never see cute little ducks enjoying themselves in the puddles. That is so sweet. ~Lili
