Look at that sea...

Wales - Mwnt

'Look at that sea, girls - all silver and shadow and vision of things not seen. We couldn't enjoy its loveliness any more if we had millions of dollars and ropes of diamonds.'
L M Montgomery - Anne of Green Gables

(one of my all-time favourite books)

  1. Once on a trip to Hunstanton nearly sixty years ago my aunt looked up and exclaimed "Look at the lully (lovely) blue sky!". "Look at the lully blue sky!" has been a catchphrase in our family ever since.

  2. I have just been looking back over your last few posts. What fabulous shots! It looks as though you are having a wonderful time AND you've been lucky with the weather. Wales is so beautiful and there is so much to see, but the downside is, like the rest of the west, it can get damp! Really enjoyed your photographs.

  4. I love Anne of Green Gables too. Green Gables was a must see for me when I went to Prince Edward Island - and also for many Japanese fans of the book too.
    A lovely sea pic, Jenny!
