Bingley Show - As a real 'townie' I know very little about livestock but I always enjoy watching the cattle being judged. Who knew that bulls like having their tummies tickled with a spiky stick? For some reason it seems to keep them docile. Just as well, as there was only a light metal fence between me and these two muscle-bound hunks.
They are huge and seem to have short legs. What a job, tickling a bull's tummy.

ReplyDeleteA lot of muscle or a lot of fat. My father was a veterinarian and in veterinary school he was on the cattle judging team. Needless to say, none of that rubbed off on me.
ReplyDeleteI don't recognize the breed of either of the bulls. The are very muscular and strong looking. Good photos.
