Cinderella

I pass this almost every day - a scrubby little patch of earth beside some garages.  I don't give it a second glance normally.  But suddenly, in the morning sunshine, Cinderella was revealed, dressed for the ball... with beautiful golden leaves and a burst of bluebells.

  1. Glad to see this scene going to the ball, rather the wall.

  2. Morning sunlight can turn the mundane into a thing of beauty .... fortunately you had your camera there to capture it.

  3. It can take us by surprise when we see an everyday scene in a new way! It is so refreshing.
I have a distant view from my bedroom window. It is pleasant, but I am used to it. Occasionally, a shaft of sunlight will highlight a small patch or feature in the distance and make me see the whole thing in a fresh new way. It helps me to appreciate what I have :)

  5. Firstly, it is a lovely photo. Now, secondly, something has happened at the edge ( very artistic ) and another thing, bluebells are not supposed to come until June. But these things happen. Our roses came out today. Last year it was the 22nd.....You must be very careful in future with your edge control....??
