Small is beautiful
Miniature daffodils fit prettily into even the smallest of Saltaire gardens. Spring flowers are a welcome sight after the very long winter. I'm frustrated with myself that my own small garden does not in the least resemble this. Must try harder!
I've got a lovely show of three wheelie-bins and a bicycle at the moment - though my mother's garden, which I also tend, is looking rather splendid just now.
Our flowers are just starting to poke thru the ground. This is such a charming space. We won't plant here until the risk of frost is past, usually around May 30th.
These make a simple and yet pretty show. Florida has blooms all year round. I go north to Connecticut in two weeks. I wonder what will be flowering up there.
