Waterlilies

There are several ponds and water features around Parcevall Hall gardens, and one had these pretty pink waterlilies -  nymphaea - though I don't know what variety they are.  Such exotic flowers to find in a windswept and remote location.

  3. Just last week I was taking pictures of water lilies on our own Newbury Pond, but I couldn't get into position to get the angle you got. Nice shot! Jim

In two hours I am off to the UK, thanks to the Eurostar it will take me an hour to get to Ashford. But then I need 1 1/2 h to get to Eastbourne, lol !

  7. That is a nice photo but you probably had to stand in the water to get it. In mine I was sitting on a park bench.
